Staging Process

1)      Briefing

After confirming your visualization requirements and following your approval of the scope of works, timescales and fee we will proceed with the production of your CGI visualizations.

2)      Modeling

Utilizing the CAD drawings information supplied the 3D computer model is generated and suggested virtual camera positions are rendered allowing for comment on the architectural details and composition.

3)      Texturing Materials & Lighting

Further detailing is applied with materials and textures to give the 3D model structure and form. In conjunction with this the lighting system is set up to simulate natural light. If the CGI model is required compositing into photographs it is camera matched to fit into its surrounding context. Full resolution images are produced to confirm the materials are accurate and detailing correct.

4)      Post production

The render is exported into Photoshop where the final image manipulation is prepared, providing a real representation of how the development fits within its environment. With the addition of cars, people, soft  landscaping and planting the image comes to life. The completed CGI will be issued for final comment and approval.
