Commercial Photography
We provide a full commercial photography service, from a individual interior shoots to multiple locations for clients with large property portfolios. Day rates are calculated on a location by location basis. Discounted rates for larger portfolios are negotiable.
Aerial Photography
Taken from a plane, we are able to access the majority of the United Kingdom.
Verified Photography
Verified photography is a process in which a site / area is photographed from multiple view points as a means of visually surveying an area. Ideally these photographs would accompany an existing site survey which would provide evidence that the site has been 'visually' surveyed before there is any change to the landscape. The photographs should contain elements that currently exist on the landscape that can be used as a reference and as evidence that the photograph is accurate to that location.
Once the site has been photographed, a secondary photograph of the primary camera in position would also be taken with a date stamp. In addition to a secondary photograph, GPS coordinates and a compass bearing would be taken ensuring that an individual can return to that specific location and survey the site after any changes to the landscape has occurred.
After the verified photographs have been completed, these images can be used in a further process known as Verified Photomontage. The purpose of this is to accurately visualise a potential development and how it may impact upon the surrounding area, which could positively assist a company / individual when seeking planning permission. Ideally the proposed development would be visualised from several surrounding viewpoints and would illustrate a 'before and after' visualisation of the development based on an average human eye line level standing at that viewpoint.
