Imperial Retail Park, Bristol

The final phase of development at Imperial Park received planning consent in November.  The scheme comprising of new retail and leisure units, a coffee pod and food store completes the regeneration of the former Imperial Tobacco Factory site to the South of Bristol City Centre.

Vector  have worked closely with architects The Harris Partnership  to ensure a co-ordinated design approach and development of a high quality environment to enhance the retail, dining and leisure experience.  The landscaping will integrate the new units into the wider Imperial Park site whilst creating an attractive setting with small public spaces providing seating and gathering opportunities.

Woodland tree planting and ecologically sensitive landscape interventions are also proposed for an area of existing woodland adjacent the retail park site.   The ecological corridor proposals provide mitigation and enhancement of the existing habitat which forms part of Bristol’s wider green infrastructure and network of habitats important for biodiversity and wildlife across the city.

We are looking forward to our continued involvement during the implementation of the works which are due to start on site in the New Year.
